Is the clinic open on Sundays?
Yes. Viet Han Dental is open on Sundays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Doctors’ schedules may vary from week to week, so we recommend booking in advance to confirm a suitable time and clinician.
Do I need to book before visiting?
Advance booking is not mandatory, but it is recommended. When making an appointment, briefly describe your concern so the team can arrange the appropriate clinician, confirm the time and reduce waiting.
What does an initial dental examination usually include?
The dentist will discuss your concern and health history, then examine your teeth, gums and bite. X-rays or additional tests are recommended only when clinically necessary; the dentist will then explain the findings, treatment options, expected timeline and fees before treatment begins.
I have tooth pain or facial swelling. Should I wait for my scheduled visit?
Do not delay without professional advice. Contact the clinic promptly for triage and an appropriate appointment. Seek emergency medical care if swelling spreads quickly or you develop difficulty breathing or swallowing, a high fever, or an inability to open your mouth normally.
Can I review prices before visiting?
Yes. You can see indicative prices on the Price List page. A dentist will discuss and confirm the fee for your particular case after an examination.
Where can I choose more than one contact channel?
In the consultation form, you can select several channels, including a phone call, Zalo, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. Our team will use your selections when contacting you to confirm your request.
Can I request advice before knowing which treatment to choose?
Describe your concern or what you would like to improve; you do not need to choose a technique yourself. The dentist will assess your needs and explain suitable options and costs before you decide.
What information should I provide if I need to change my appointment?
Contact the team through your confirmation channel or the hotline with your name, phone number and current appointment time. Suggest another time and wait for the new arrangement to be confirmed.
